Matt is a 32 year old American triathlete that spent the earlier part of his career on the USA Triathlon National team, winning 5 World Cup medals, 2x US National Championships, 2x Pan American Championships and was an alternate for the 2012 US Olympic Team. In 2013, Matt shifted to the IRONMAN 70.3 where he has been consistently finishing in the top 3, 3x 70.3 wins.
Matt takes us to some of his worst professional moments and shares the lessons learned. Moments such as the 2012 Olympic Trials where he missed making the team, and the swim from the IRONMAN World Championships in 2015. His takeaway message is awesome.
Matt takes us inside his daily routine, it’s good stuff that is also applicable to age-groupers and every day life!
